Hunters Campground

Last weekend we went camping at a spot on Lake Roosevelt that we'd never been to called Hunters. It was so beautiful all weekend and the kids had a fantastic time.

View of the swim area. We really roughed it can't you tell? Great-Grandma packed the baby swing for Miss Annie and it was actually really good foresight. It was a great place for her to hang out while we were cooking/eating.

That's our yellow Taj Mahal in the background. When we first set it up Charlie was so jacked. He jump on his bed and laid down and made fake snoring noises. Then he moved to our bed and did the same. I got him a little Cars sleeping bag at a garage sale and he loved getting to use it.

This was Charlie's 3rd camping trip and Annie's 1st (obviously). It was definitely a success - we may have to squeeze in another before the summer ends!

We need to go camping. I keep meaning to get us out there, but the Summer always gets away from us. We might just have to camp in the backyard this year. Looks like you guys had a blast and what a beautiful spot!
