Thanksgiving

We started off the day on a positive, healthy note. The crew pictured below met up with about 100+ other people, we'll call them fellow health buffs (they're actually fellow members of our local Weight Watchers...potato potato), and did a 2-mile loop downtown on the Centennial Trail. Matt and his dad watched our kids so I wouldn't have to take them out in the cold so that was a nice treat for me to get to just worry about getting myself dressed and fed for once. OK. I did have to dress and feed them before I left but I still got to leave so I'm focusing on that.

It felt good to get in a little exercise before settling in to my fat jeans and preparing for a big day of eating.

I got home and Miss Annie was still cute as a button in her Happy Thanksgiving outfit. You can't really see it but she has a clip in her hair. Her first one. I'm marking it in her baby book.

My sister hosted this year which was a nice break for me. It was fun to not have to worry about a chaos that goes in to hosting a big dinner for 10'ish people. This year it was small and simple which was nice. It was just my sister's family, my in-laws, my parents, and my crew.
Thanks for having us over Char! Everything was delicious!
