He's the only one though. Matt and I love watching Annie play. Last weekend we had both sets of grandparents at the game and Aunt Katie and Uncle Cage. I think she looks at each game as the Annie Show and does her best to perform for us - it's so fun to watch!
Maybe next weekend I'll actually remember to bust my camera out at Charlie's game. He's a little less enthusiastic about the sport (and everything outside?) so the games are a little less entertaining. He can read and is learning how to research things on the computer so I shouldn't even be typing this. As long as his teacher doesn't suggest Mommy Blogs as a research topic I should be safe.
I actually met with his teacher today and she's going to have him work with a para educator on researching things he's interested in and writing reports on them. We brainstormed a list tonight and so far he's got: wolves, baseball, Hawaii, and pirates. Soccer didn't make the list, neither did Mommy Blogs.
She's also going to have him start writing stories rather than just writing sentences like the rest of the class. Maybe I should set him up with a blog, writing with a pencil seems like so much work. He should probably learn that first though ah? This is why I'm not a teacher, the basics are so labor intensive.
Speaking of my inability to focus on time consuming tasks, I just got an iPhone 5 yesterday. The 3 was just so slow I couldn't handle it anymore. The 5 has already changed my life in so many ways. It helps me play Words faster, it makes me run faster, it made me prettier....all these things are true and real. Don't think this is my last time writing about my phone either. I'm already dreaming up Posts about my conversations with Suri, my Face Time talks with my husband while he's downstairs and I'm up, etc., etC., eTC., ETC. Get excited.

LOL!!!! Seriously, the iPhone is that life changing. We've had the 4's since they came out and let me just say this now...wait til your husband facetimes you when he goes to drop a bomb--or jumps in bed even though you already know he is doing those things, cause you live in the same house! Don't worry, it will only be a phase, like going to the bars a lot after you turn 21...you get over it!
