Above is Annie posing for the camera, I'm hoping this silly phase passes quickly, we're into real smiles here folks. And in other news sometimes I can't get my cursor to start above the first picture, so since today is one of those days imagine these words above the snarky Annie picture.The weekend before Christmas the four of us headed up to Deer Lake to have a Christmas celebration with Matt's sister Katie and her husband Cage (Grandma and Grandpa were there too of coursey course).
Matt's dad built Annie a 3 story Barbie house and built Charlie a 3 story fortress for his GI Joe characters. Note Charlie in the background playing with his, Annie in the foreground wrestling with her dad.
Now she's trying to wrestle with her brother.
In her mind she's succeeding, in his mind she's interfering with his playtime with all his new toys. Gotta love little sisters!
The 4 of us posing in our leis. Were the leis a Christmas present? (I'm assuming you're asking yourself) Yes they were - they represent the trip the Rings are taking us on in a few short weeks to Hawaii! Whoop whoop!

b: Matt recieved this smoked turkey from a broker he works with on the east coast, he was oddly proud of it all weekend
