I went on a business trip last week and when I came back Grandma Cheryl had trained Annie to leave a rubber band in her hair. We've been working on this since her first hair sprouted so this is major. Best part is after a couple hours if the rubber band falls out the hair stays standing.

I can't believe she's going to be 2 and I still haven't met her yet! Darn you and your eastern Washington zip code! :)
Can you send Grandma Cheryl over to work with Makenzie? She refuses to leave anything on her head (hats) or in her little bit of hair. What a tomboy!
2 already? Um great...that means they are going to be driving before we know it! Happy birthday Annie!
Time to have another!
Charlie called her "Cindy Lou Who" twice the other day when she had her hair done.
whoever Anonymous is just made me spit out my water...ha!
welcome to the world of cute little girls with strange unmanageable hair. freya wants us to put the "band" in every morning, but then pulls it out herself, in front of you, and says, "what happened band?".
we call the leftover hairstyle 'the rooster' :)
I know right Amy. Show your face "Anonymous". Who are you? We'll have another baby if you'll breastfeed it, get up with it at night, watch the other 2 while I lay around on bedrest at the doctor's request, get shots in your butt every week at the doctors request, etc. Agree to all that and we're on.
nice throw down to Anonymous! they are strangely quiet now...
how was the big birthday to-do?
