PeeWees

Charlie started real live swim lessons on Monday, real meaning mom's not in the pool too. It's hard to sum up how it's going. Basically he doesn't like anyone he doesn't know and he doesn't know his teacher or the other 5 kids in the class.

(Annie at the playground before class)

We've only had 2 classes so far but he's willing to go back tonight so it must not be that bad. He acts like he can't talk or do anything though so his teacher must think he's a baby in a 3-year old body. He gets out of the pool though and wants to tell me all about the Spiderman crawl around the edge of the pool and the ice cream scoop hands he made. I'm hoping tonight he'll actually do what they ask him to and reply when they speak to him. Baby steps.

Annie's sundress is the cutest thing I've ever seen! Nice job Charlie, I like to play deaf and dumb at work as well. And at this point in life swim lessons are like your job. Keep it up! (Jeannette read this to him-although I think boy genius can read anyways)
