Park Dates

Charlie's preschool organized some park play dates for the summer so on Wednesday we headed to our first one. And by headed to our first one I mean we went an hour early because I had a baby-sitter coming so I could get my work done. So we played by ourselves for an hour and then with our friends for 10 minutes. I'm trying here folks.

So we were at the park that's right by my parent's condo (which used to be sketchy but now that it has a splash pad it feels cleaner somehow), and the kids were completely fascinated with the water.
Annie preferred to stay dry.

Charlie started out slow but was all in by the time it was time to go. No pictures of that because I was pretty busy chasing Annie. Oh and then she got on the wrong side of the water cannon and got soaked, so then I was pretty busy holding her and trying to dry her off with my shirt without providing too much of a show for the other park goers. No pictures of that either.
