I didn't really take any pictures because it's not like my kids were running up and hugging clowns or anything. More like they were hugging my legs and crying 'don't make me hug the big cat'. I don't know. Apparently Charlie has a little fear of people in full animal costume, who knew.
I did take this picture below though. It's Charlie being sad that I wouldn't buy him a light saber. He figured out very quickly that the free program was a lame souvenir and just stared at the light saber guy every time he walked by. I think the guy spotted Charlie's giant lower lip and puppy dog eyes because it seemed like he walked by a million times.
So we left at intermission because it was already 10 pm and I couldn't take Annie squirming on my lap any longer. I don't know why but she took off her socks, handed them to me, and crashed the second I turned on the car. Good baby.
Charlie, on the other hand, talked the whole way home about how his favorite part of the circus was the light sabers. Which, thanks to kind Aunt Charlotte, he owns now. Not the elephants, horses, acrobats, or dogs, but the cheesy light up light sabers. He told me Caden liked the horses, Annie liked the poodles, and he liked the light sabers.
