Our first ski of the season.

The day after Christmas Matt, his sister, brother-in-law, parents and I all went skiing together.

And of course by together I mean we rode to the mountain together'ish (2 cars), skied/snowboarded not together, drank beer in the lodge together, skied/snowboarded not together, ate lunch and drank more beer together, skied/snowboarded not together, and then rode home somewhat together (his folks cut out after lunch).

It was pretty much the most gorgeous day ever for skiing. Sunny and beautiful all day. Couldn't have asked for a better day. Oh wait. It was cold as heck. Warmth would have improved the day. Other than that it was perfect.
