Saturday night I made Matt tear himself away from the homework and take us to the lake to soak up the last little bit of summer. I finally got to go on a bike ride with Charlie in the little trailer. So while the Seahawk obsessed members of the family watched the game on Sunday, the non-Seahawk obsessed members biked. Then we packed a picnic lunch and took it out on the pontoon boat. Charlie was way too into his Fruit by the Foot to smile for this. Can you blame him? Fruit flavored goodness rolled and dyed and packaged with cartoon characters? I could hardly resist stealing it from him.
