Silver Mountain

As a Christmas present the Rings brought us, Aunt Katie and Uncle Cage to Silver Mountain for the weekend. On the first day everyone rode the Gondola up the mountain and went tubing while I stayed down at the lodge for a massage (what a fantastic idea Cheryl, thank you!). Charlie rode the Gondola (which he now refers to as the 'dola') up with everyone and had his first experience ever with daycare.

I'm told he did very well and I believe the quote was "we've never seen a kid so little sit in the corner and read to himself for 2 hours before." That's my boy!

The next day everyone went skiing while Charlie and I stayed back at the house we rented. The house came equiped with a pool table (I'm sure the owners would be pleased to know Charlie logged many hours sitting on the table pushing the balls into the pockets) and an organ (I'm positive the owners would be pleased to know about the hours he logged banging on the keys making sweet music).

From where I was laying it looked like a very fun weekend was had by all!
