Every year the volunteer firefighters in our district drive around with Santa in a little cage behind one of their trucks.
When we heard their sirens outside we quickly got bundled up and rushed Charlie out to see them. Before we went outside he was telling us that he was going to ask Santa for 'books, cookies, cocoa, ho-ho'. The string of words didn't totally make sense but we figured Santa could interpret his meaning. When we got out there Charlie got a little star-struck and clammed up. Now Santa will never know to bring him more cocoa... By the way, notice Charlie's eyes (not the red part, that's my sweet camera, the sideways glancing part)? You just gotta wonder what he's thinking about.

Isn't it obvious? He is thinking "Why is Santa's gloves black instead of white?"
